I have recently had an hysterectomy under the care of Ms. Nargund who was very professional, yet empathetic to the symptoms I had been experiencing for over a year. I had an initial concern a couple of weeks after the operation and she fitted me in the same day as I raised the query. She also reassured me post op that the decision to have such major surgery was the right one. The care I received from Ms. Nargund and the staff at St. Josephs from the initial consultation to discharge has been brilliantly.

Mrs Nargund was fantastic throughout my initial Consultation , surgery and follow up. Everything explained clearly. She put my mind at ease with concerns I had about having the procedure done. Ms Nargund listened carefully to my concerns about the symptoms I was experiencing, she examined me and performed a scan before recommending the treatment procedure. She was very comprehensive in her approach listing the possible benefits and risks of the procedure to enable my decision-making process. She answered all my questions honestly without pressure to undertake the procedure, even after the initial appointment via email when I had additional questions. She had a caring approach on the day before and after the procedure. I felt listened to at all times during the process. At the follow up appointment she was very reassuring and explained the ongoing process and follow up options should they become necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend Ms Nargund and I will definitely return if the symptoms persist.
